The new 2407WFP has WUXGA resolution and an integrated 9-in-2 media card reader, among other features.
Dell yesterday rolled out a new widescreen flat panel monitor. The new 2407WFP is priced at $949 and should be available now.
The 2407WFP, said Dell, is optimized for tasks such as multimedia performance, gaming and video editing. It sports a 24" screen with a maximum resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 (WUXGA), which givers users a lot of space to view Web pages or documents side by side. It also has an integrated 9-in-2 media card reader, Faroudja DCDi processing for image enhancement and up to a 6-millisecond response time.
Other features of the 2407WFP include four USB 2.0 ports; dual input (DVI/Analog) with HDCP support; and height adjustment, swivel and tilt capabilities.

I am glad to see they added a Faroudja and HDCP support. This would be great for using with a DVD player and watching movies. Any idea what the price is, it was not mentioned in the article.
