Fidelity Adds Digital Picture Frames

Fidelity Electronics unveils a new line of digital picture frames which support a wide array of memory card formats and come in two different screen sizes.
Fidelity Electronics earlier this month announced a new line of digital picture frames in 5.6" and 8" sizes. The new DPF-8000F and DPF-5600F will be available this summer for $249.99 and $199.99 respectively.
The DPF-8000F and DPF-5600F, said Fidelity Electronics, use high resolution LCD TFT screens to display photos. Convenience features of this two digital picture frames include the ability to view photos directly from a variety of memory card formats (DPF-8000F - CF/SD/XD/MMC/MS/MD/SM, DPF-5600F - CF/MMC/SD/MS/SM), with the number of photos only limited by the size of the memory card, as well as support for slideshow and zoom modes.
The DPF-8000F supports up to 12 megapixels, can display MPEG1/MPEG2/MPEG4 video files, can play MP3 music files through its built in speakers and allows one to manage display media with a remote or onboard controls. The DPF-5600F supports up to 10 megapixels, has a video output to display photos on a television and allows for management of the display via onboard controls.
