Jabra has announced the availability of Bluetooth adapters for portable music players and the iPod: hopefully, they'll reach American shores soon.

Sometimes the problem isn't the little white earbuds, it's the annoying white cable running from the earbuds to your bag, belt, or pocket. Telephony device and accessories maker Jabra is shipping its A120s and A125s Bluetooth adapters for portable media players: the A120s plugs into anything with a 3.5 mm headset jack, while the A125s is designed specifically for Apple's iPod and iPod nanos, since the Cupertino mothership has remained characteristically mum on future product plans, and whether iPods will ever acquire Bluetooth wireless tech.

The Jabra A125s connects to an iPod's dock connector and enables music fans to use stereo Bluetooth wireless headsets—yes, Jabra makes several—and comes with a charger which can be used to charge both the Bluetooth adapter and your wireless headset. (You can also charge both via mini-USB.) Jabra says a charge should provide about 10 hours of Bluetooth listening.

The Jabra A120s is similar (and offers the same battery life), but instead of connecting via the iPod's dock connector, it gets its music feed via any music player's 3.5 mm headphone jack—so you can also connect the A120s to PCs, stereos, laptops, televisions, or anything else with a headphone output.

The A125s and A120s will be available in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets for prices of €59.95 and €49.95 respectively, although U.S. merchants are already listing the A125s for under $50, and some claim ship times of one to three days.
