Sony Launches Qore For PS3
June 04, 2008 | by Christopher Nickson
Sony is launching Qore, an interactive monthly program for the PS3, a descendant of the disk give-aways that used to accompany the Official Playstation magazine.
If you own a PS3, beginning tomorrow and on the first Thursday of each month you’ll be able to get Qore, a monthly grab-bag of content from Sony ranging from multimedia news, in-depth game previews and behind-the-scenes profiles, along with game demos, betas, add-ons and more.
The first issue is due to contain exclusive content on "SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation," "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed," "Secret Agent Clank," "Soul Caliber 4," and "Afro Samurai."
However, this sequel to the give-away disks that accompanied the Official Playstation Magazine isn’t free. The cost is $2.99 per month or $24.99 for the full yearly 13 editions.
There will also be HD interactive content and users can customize the program with their controllers.
