Beyond TV is a great application that will help turn your PC into a TiVo/computer hybrid. Always a favorite among HTPC builders.
Product description:

This is the shareware version and will only last 21 days. If you like the software then you can choose to buy it and get the full version.

why wouldnt it install on media center edition? I would think it would. I know ATI's pvr works just find on MCE.

I have it running in perfect harmony with MCE as we speak. In fact, I use it as the TV program for MCE.

Tommy, thanks for answering that. Maybe I will install it afterall. Do you have to use their FireFly remote or will it work with other remote controls?

I have heard great things about this PVR software. I would try it, but I am afraid to uninstall Media Center Edition from my PC.
