iriver Goes Ultra Slim and Vivid with U10

New portable video player is sized at 2.7" x 1.8", has a 2.2" color screen and incorporates Macromedia Flash into its direct click interface.
iriver America today announced that they were getting ready to release a new flash-memory based portable video player. The new U10 series, priced at $199.99 for 512 MB and $249.99 for 1 GB of internal storage, will be available starting in November.
The U10 series, sized at 2.7" x 1.8" x 0.6", has an ultra bright, 2.2" vivid color display which takes up most of the front of the player. It incorporates Macromedia Flash into its direct click interface, providing on screen navigation and content support for Flash animation and games.
Features of the U10 line include playback of audio (MP3, OGG, WMA — included protected DRM), video (MPEG-4) and digital photo (JPEG) files, a FM tuner, an integrated voice recorder, up to 28 hours of rechargeable battery life and USB 2.0 support.
