CyberDefender Has Free Valentine's Support

January 09, 2008 | by Christopher Nickson

For a week around Valentine's Day, Cyberdefender will help those having issues with their computer by offering free support.

Is you computer having issues? Has it gone off the boil? Could it even (whisper it) have a virus problem? If so, Cyberdefender is offering it a Valentine’s Day present.

In an announcement at CES, Cyberdefender said that from February 10-17 it will offer free, 24-hour, comprehensive phone and remote setup help or technical support for their home or office computers for any computer-related issue to any computer user. All you have to do is call (877) 377-3765.

"We have had great response to our previous `Free Support' offerings this past year for Halloween and Christmas. While we have offered it for one day in the past - we are extending this offering for a full week for this Valentines. Our Free Support offerings are a great way to showcase our security and support solutions. This free week of tech support is familiar to users of CyberDefender's new security suites who receive support whenever they need," said Alan Wallace, senior vice president, CyberDefender Corporation.

Be careful, though, since you only get one free call during the period.
