Time Travel Possible Very Soon?

Russian scientists have claimed that time travel could be possible — at least in theory — in just months.

Time travel has a romance about it, and given the chance, many of us would try it. But you’d better not crank up your Tardis in anticipation just yet – you won’t be going anywhere for a while.
 
But, Russian scientists have claimed in a research paper, time travel could be possible in just a few months, according to a Vnunet story.
 
A pair of mathematicians, Irina Aref'eva and Igor Volovich, noticed a phenomenon as a by product of using Cern’s Large Haldron Collider (LHC). The LHC is the world’s largest scientific instrument, a giant 27 kilometer loop internationally-run collider located under France and Switzerland.
 
They claim that the atom-smashing of the LHC creates conditions to open a wormhole in the future.
 
In the paper they claim that,
 
"Proton-proton collisions at the LHC could lead to the formation of time machines (space-time regions with closed time-like curves) which violate causality. One model for the time machine is a traversable wormhole. We argue that the traversable wormhole production cross section at the LHC is of the same order as the cross section for black hole production."
 
Fantasy? Science fiction? Who knows? But it sounds better than the alternative they posit, which sees tiny black holes under France and Switzerland. Yes, really.
 
However, don’t get your hopes up too much. If the wormholes are created, they’ll only be marginally bigger than atoms.

I feel the idea of wormholes to paralle worlds to satiisfy casuality of time travel interence problems is an interesting but convient way to explain away casuality.

Inspired by idea by my favorite science fiction TV sereis the sliders I thought could be able to duplicate Quinn Mallory's antigravity experiment researching what I could find out on the theme of the series.

It wasn't long before I discovered wormholes could only be created in the center of black holes, not an artificial ones created by an antigravity experiment in a basement or otherwise here on earth as Mallory's in the sliders.

A collection of files since 1999 has recently been published to a blog I called "time travel and parallel universe theories .blgspot.com." coming to the conclusion wormholes much less time travel is mathematically impossible to sketch a working blue plane and a working prototype of Quinn Mallory's antigravity experiment as far as I can see.

The idea of parallel universes to explain away the problems of time travel casulity my be a convience.

Inspired by my favorite science fiction show the sliders I thought I could be able to duplicate Quinn Mallory's antigravity experiment researching what I could find out on the theme of the series. It was long before I discovered wormholes could only be created in the center of black holes, not an artificial ones created by an antigravity experiment in a basement here on earth or in particle acelerators.

1.5 million years since fire was lit, 35,000 years after the birth of art, 16,000 years from the first mappings of stars and 600 years since the blueprints of the helicopter were drawn. We sit here thinking, “Y’know the 21st century could have been a bit more, well, silvery.” Aside from those metal toasters that’ll burn a farmyard animal into your bread and those credit cards with one of the corners cut off a bit. AHHhhhh, yet as a time traveller you can go to the future where these things should have occurred with a few other things that you probably didn’t think about; like a chocolate bar called waffpinuts. A wafer, pineapple and nuts bar wrapped in Kevlar.

Then, go back in time to tell all those people on Tomorrows World that hoodwinked our innocent child eyes, “Hey hey, perm-head, that ain't going to happen you pre-foetus futurist ****.”
And they’d have to believe your aggressive preaching cos you’d bring an almanac from 2008 with all the sports results and next weeks Eastenders from UK-GOLD, so there.
